Here is relevant cbs.log for the attempt I just ran: The Spiceworks post extensively details each step that was taken to try and get this installed on multiple Windows 10 Pro 圆4 builds, both upgrades and fresh installs. The DISM logs do notĮven reveal if it is in fact the language pack detection that is causing the issue. However we installed successfully on a home PC running the same OS version, build number and language pack. We assume that the latest RSAT package is either incorrectly detecting the language pack or the issue is with the build number. We also ran sfc /SCANNOW as we found an article stating some language pack DLL's might get removed in a Windows 10 upgrade. Install the language pack again but that could not be done. We have verified that English (US) is the only language pack that is installed. Running the DISM command in PowerShell or elevated command prompt returns: "Error: 0x800f081e - The specified package is not applicable to this image". We started the Spiceworks post referenced above by the OP.
